HeadHunter is one of the largest HR platforms in Russia, connecting millions of people with job opportunities.



This is a long-established brand, and the goal of the rebranding was to refresh its visual language while preserving strong recognition. The core idea is a simple metaphor — illuminating the path to a career. Light becomes the central visual language of the brand, as if a flashlight guides everything from layouts to photography and interfaces. Even the legacy circular logo element is reinterpreted as a circle of light.



The photographic style follows the same principle. Light directs attention within the frame, reinforcing the idea of guidance and clarity across all touchpoints.
